BOOKLET FORMAT

1.  Download your PDF.  Please note, we are in the process of merging our PDF files for easier printing.  The following instructions are for printing these files.

2.  Open your PDF in Preview (Mac) or Adobe Acrobat Reader (PC).

3.  Select US letter (8.5x11) and make sure you’re printing “actual size” and double sided.

If your PDFs are oriented horizontally (which the regular sized Travelers Notebook ones usually are) then select "layout" and choose "short-edge binding" as well.

If your PDFs are oriented vertically (like the pocket sized notebooks) then select "layout" and choose "none" or "long-edge binding".  It is usually this by default but it doesn't hurt to check.

If you do not select this option then the back side of your page will print upside down. The screenshot below shows printing a horizontal page from the TN Monthly Calendar.

Choose to print borderless if you’re given that option.

4. Select "print".

5.  Stack your pages together (with your cover if desired).

6.  Staple or stitch down the center.

7.  Fold and score your booklet so it lies as flat as possible.

8.  Trim so the width of your booklet is 4.33” and the height is 8.25” (trim 1/8” off the top and 1/8” off the bottom to keep everything centered).

A5

1.  Download your PDF.  Please note, we are in the process of merging our PDF files for easier printing.  The following instructions are for printing these files.

2.  Open your PDF in Preview (Mac) or Adobe Acrobat Reader (PC).

3.  Select US letter (8.5x11) and make sure you're printing "actual size" and double-sided (if that's an option).  If your printer does not have the option of printing double-sided then print your pages individually and flip your paper over after it's printed one side and print the next.  I like to print on paper 90 GSM or greater for my planner pages.

If your PDFs are oriented vertically (like most of our A5 downloads are) then select "layout" and choose "none" or "long-edge binding".  It is usually this by default but it doesn't hurt to check.

If you do not select this option then the back side of your page will print upside down.

Choose to print borderless if you’re given that option.

4. Select "print".

5.  Use the crop marks as a guide and trim your pages.

6.  Bind your pages or punch holes to use the planner in a ringed binder.

4.  Score down the center of your tabs.

5.  Trim our your tabs and fold on the lines that you scored.

6.  Use the template provided to evenly adhere your tabs to your planner pages.
